Alan brought us his Schwinn Continental for a full restoration. He opted for us to source replacement parts as opposed to sending out his chrome for new plating. It was the most cost effective approach. Noel did the standard disassembly, strip, sandblast, and prime. He painted it the Schwinn light blue color and installed new decals. We bought a parts bike to get replacement chrome parts, including chrome wheels, and cleaned them up. The reassembly included new cables, tires, tubes, rim strips, foam grips, and reflectors. It looked brand new! Alan was delighted! It brough back so many great memories for him!
